How endobiogeny changes my life and my practice.
Something is missing.
Rekindle your desire to
heal and revitalize your practice
Do you feel burned out?
Are you discontent with all the guidelines and check boxes?
Do you feel there is more to medicine but aren’t sure what that is
or how to find it?
We help you find what’s missing. Endobiogeny brings more to medicine.
Here,
you train with the best.
The SBRG training program is
created by the preeminent minds in endobiogeny.
our trainings are a paradigm shift in prevention, biomarker analysis, and treatment options. Expand your therapeutic
arsenal and turn the incurable into the curable through rational, mathematically driven algorithms.
Drawing on more than 40 years of teaching experience, we have developed the most structured, streamlined, and transformative curriculum yet. Join us in ushering in the future of medicine and
raise your practice to new heights
Our program invites you to learn the scientific tenets and clinical applications of whole-person medicine,
developed by the global experts. This innovative program covers the gamut of clinical medicine, from intake
to biomarker analysis to treatment selection. Learn when and how to recommend herbal, lifestyle, and nutritional
approaches rooted in clinical evidence and experience.
SBRG has pioneered this approach by integrating theoretical and clinical, philosophical and practical
considerations for you to be the most efective healer.
Our structured learning program is designed to obtain a dynamic view of a patient’s physiology according
to a whole-person model. This allows you to gain a comprehensive picture of their health and learn-deeper,
know faster, and practice beter.
Each module in our streamlined training program is structured as a complete learning experience so that you
can apply what you learned the next day in practice.
Obtain a dynamic view of the patient with our integrative-physiology approach. Start addressing the underlying
imbalances that manifest as disease rather than only treating mechanisms and symptoms.
The knowledge gained from the Science of Endobiogeny course is life changing. Obtain a deeper, integrated
understanding of health. The tools gained from the Clinical Endobiogeny course is changes lives. Learn skills
that transform your practice.

Training FAQ’s
What is Endobiogeny?
Endobiogeny is the science and practice of how to treat the whole person. It returns the practice of medicine from sick care to health care, from illness to human potential. Endobiogeny applies integrative physiology to understand how everything is the body is connected, from cell to psychology.
Is Endobiogeny Integrative Medicine?
It’s not integrative medicine. This approach is a like salad toppings. It adds a few tests and treatments on top of the standard approach to medicine without fundamentally changing the vision of medicine.
Endobiogeny is integrating medicine, expanding the boundaries of medicine. It reworks the concept of medicine. It creates a web of relationships between everything you have learned and all your hard earned experience and shows you how it all makes sense and works together. Your therapeutic options will quadruple overnight as you learn how and when to use standard of care medications, lifestyle, diet, amino acids, enzyme therapy and more—all based on half a century of scientific evaluation and clinical experience.
When can I train in Endobiogeny?
Starting in 2025, SBRG launches two training programs.
In June 2025 we will be starting the Science of Endobiogeny course. In this 6 month program, you’ll earn about the scientific foundation of Endobiogeny, integrative physiology, rational clinical phytotherapy, and biological modeling.
In January 2026 we launch a 10 module training program in Clinical Endobiogeny. In this course, you will learn how to treat a dozen disorders, select personalized interventions for your patient and use the GEMMA system in daily practice.
Both lead to certification.
Which course is best for me: Science of Endobiogeny or Clinical Endobiogeny?
The two courses can be taken sequentially: Science of Endobiogeny then Clinical Endobiogeny. Some people prefer to only take the Science course, read the textbooks on their own and begin practicing. Others prefer to only take the more practical Clinical course.
The Science of Endobiogeny course is for practitioners who want to know all the details and have a strong scientific understanding of how Endobiogeny works. If you are a deep knower, just beginning your journey beyond standard training or an outright skeptic, start with this course.
Clinical Endobiogeny is all you need to practice Endobiogeny. If you are an experiential learner or have already taken the Science of Endobiogeny course, this is the course for you. It presents essential background scientific material while emphasizing practical knowledge, tips and approaches to transforming your practice and getting results right away.
How can Endobiogeny be integrated into my practice?
Endobiogeny can be integrated into any medical practice in the hospital or private practice setting. There are four aspects to clinical endobiogeny: history, examination, blood evaluation and treatment. Many practitioners have found it help to start by applying their learnings in endobiogeny in this order.
First: start by noticing themes in the patient’s history. Then, add endobiogenic questions to enhance the anamnesis. Let’s take the example of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS). You can ask if the patient craves for specific foods, or, is fatigued during PMS.
Second: when you feel ready, add focused examination points. In the example of PMS, palpate the pancreas, liver and gallbladder to cross-correlate cravings. Evaluate for signs of adrenal and thyroid imbalances, such as hyperpigmentation or striae, and, distal lower extremity edema, respectively.
Third: when you feel ready, order GEMMA panels that evaluate these same physiologic elements. For PMS, start with the Adrenal Balance, Quantitative Thyroid and Inflammation panels. All these can be performed with a CBC with differential, TSH, fT4 and fT3 as a screening test. The GEMMA panels offer interpretation and treatment suggestions to personalize the development of your therapeutic approach to the specific patient.
Fourth: if appropriate for your scope of practice and acceptable to your practice partners or tertiary care institution, recommend the pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions proposed by the GEMMA analytic system. In addition to medications, lifestyle, diet, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and medicinal plant therapy may be proposed.
